At my company we are looking into Swimlane and thinking of requesting a demo, so I was wondering if I can get some info regarding its integration with RSA and ServiceNow. Have any of you had any issues? Is there something that we need to be particularly aware of?

Here’s some info on those integrations you are wondering about.
ServiceNow - Supports getting/creating/updating tickets and incidents.
RSA (NetWitness) - Can retrieve logs, PCAPs, and session metadata by a couple different query options. Our integration also supports Archer with create/read/update/delete records integrations.

I can see that you are located in Louisville, Colorado USA, while we are in Bulgaria, Europe.
Is there a European (EMEA) office we can contact? It might be easier to talk to someone who’s more less in the same time zone. Or we should request the demo via the official site?
