I am trying to send email from swimlane using the work flow action available as “trigger notification” .
When configured this , whatever I give in subject column is coming in the email body as well. How to remove the subject from email body ? Has any one of you faced this issue?
Hello @arjun I have not come across this issue. Can you make sure that you have not mapped the wrong field to the body of a message? Do you mind providing a screenshot?
